Roasted Halloumi with figs

  • 300gr Halloumi
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3-4 figs, cut in quarters
  • White or classic balsamic vinegar

 

Cut Halloumi in 6 slices and fry in olive oil, 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve with the figs and white or classic balsamic vinegar.
